    Eliza Hair does NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair extensions, bundles, closures, frontals, or wigs once the order has been shipped and delivered.

    Because our products are personal-use and hygiene-related items, we strictly do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Wrong length selected

    • Wrong texture selected

    • Wrong color selected
